Reservation Hatao Andolan currently operates as an independent civic website and movement platform based in Uttarakhand, India. Membership
Standard website membership is free and intended for adults aged 18 or above who accept the Code of Conduct. Membership records support participation and volunteer coordination. A member card is a voluntary community badge—not a government identity document or proof of authority.
